Built in 2014 with thoughtful attention to every detail, Bowing Oaks offers a stunning setting designed for you and your guests to celebrate in comfort and style. The 3,200-square-foot, air-conditioned ballroom accommodates up to 200 guests and blends rustic charm with refined elegance. Our venue is ADA-compliant, with accessible parking, restrooms, and smooth pathways throughout, and features two spacious dressing lounges, a large catering kitchen, two beautiful outdoor ceremony sites, and countless photo-worthy spots. We’d love to welcome you to Bowing Oaks! Simply fill out the form below to tell us about your event, and we’ll get back to you within one business day to confirm availability and set up a tour.

We offer both in-person visits and virtual tours via Zoom for your convenience. Tours are available Monday through Friday* from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm. Due to the fact that most of our events occur on the weekends, we are limited to scheduling visits during our business hours.*We cannot offer tours on dates that are booked for weddings or events.
