Use of the property from 8:00 am to midnight on Fridays or Saturdays / 8:00 am to 11:00 pm on all other days (music must end one hour prior to end time). Weekday hours vary based on event.
Large patio area and wrap-around porches for cocktail hour
Air-conditioned/heated ballroom for the reception seating up to 200 guests, complete with fabric draping, uplighting, and crystal chandeliers
An assortment of round and rectangle folding tables for guest seating and service tables, and mahogany chiavari chairs
Catering kitchen with refrigerators, freezer, sink and oven
Ample on-site parking and restroom facilities
Plus $500 refundable security deposit. Prices subject to change without notice.
$1,000 discount for events held in our off-season months of January, February, July, August, and September.
$3,000 and $500 refundable security deposit due with signed contract

Clients are required to select a caterer and/or bar service from the list on this page. We require the use of a caterer and bartender from this list because they are familiar with our facilities and policies, and they offer the level of service our clients expect.

A licensed and insured caterer and bartender must be selected from our list of Approved Caterers/Bartenders. You may supply your own alcohol, but no kegs are allowed and no shots may be poured.
We recommend utilizing ABC Fine Wine and Spirits' Concierge Service for purchasing beer, wine and liquor for your event. They will help with determining appropriate quantities, as well as deliver your selections to Bowing Oaks the day of the event.
We have a list of approved caterers and bartenders that you must select from. For other vendors, we do not have a specific list, but anyone providing services on our property must be licensed and insured. They must sign a Vendor Contract and provide proof of insurance at least two weeks before the event takes place.
Nothing may be attached to any surface using nails, staples, tape, glue, or any other means. Candles are allowed, as long as the flame is in an enclosed container. Confetti and glitter are not allowed to be used anywhere on the property. Any rose petals used outdoors must be fresh, not artificial.
Yes, a minimum $1,000,000 event insurance policy is required. We can provide recommendations for purchasing this coverage, or you may speak with your insurance agent.
We must have your final floor plan, vendor list, and proof of insurance at our final walk-through, at least two weeks prior to the event. Final walk throughs are typically held 30 days prior to the event.
Amplified music, such as DJs or bands, are not allowed to perform outside. If your event includes acoustic music, or other non-amplified entertainment, we can discuss options with you. Amplified music is allowed outside at a lower volume.
Your well-behaved pets are allowed outside, but not inside the building; they must remain leashed and under control at all times. Service animals permitted under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
There are signs posted in the parking lot stating that there is no overnight parking. We don’t mind cars being left, but our gate is locked after hours. Depending on our event schedule, the gate may be locked until Monday.
Yes! There are several hotels within a five-minute drive of Bowing Oaks, as well as dozens of options within 15 minutes.
